- Saratoga Glen Farm is owned and managed by husband and wife team of Dan & Kathy Barraclough. A detail oriented couple that makes customer service and exceptional care our number one priority.
- BOARDING
- We are located 10 mins from Saratoga Racetrack and have 77 acres of grazing land with 3 barns consisting of 38 stalls. We have large grassy fields with run-in sheds, and smaller fields for limited turnout. As a full service boarding farm we offer boarding for foaling and barren mares, yearlings, weanlings, lay-ups, and stallions.
- SALES PREP
- We handle sales preparation for broodmares, yearlings and weanlings. Our program is designed around each individual to ensure that they are at peak physical condition and appearance when they leave for the sale. We personally work with each horse to make sure they are at their best, in both appearance and attitude.
- CONSIGNMENTS
- In 2011 we averaged $50,000 a yearling. We consign NY Bred weanlings and yearlings at Saratoga, Kentucky, Florida and Maryland. We offer weanling to yearling pinhook parnterships, and breeding stock mares for purchase. We also haves mares, yearlings, and weanlings for sale privately. If you board 3 or more mares with Saratoga Glen Farm, we will give you a discounted rate.
This rate of $24 per day for your Mare or $28 per day for your Mare & foal would include standard board as well as blacksmith, and worming.

We update our owners with current photos and regular phone calls, and take care of all registration paperwork as a courtesy. We invite owners and friends to tour our farm at any time.
